What elevates this voyage above any other Antarctic expedition is Positive
Polar’s programming — a pioneering ocean restoration initiative that
transforms this luxury ship into an active research vessel. You won’t simply
witness Antarctica; you will help restore it.
Blue whales have only recovered to 5% of their pre-whaling population. Fin whales to 15%.
Even the most recovered species, Humpback whales, stand at just 70%. Whales are not just
magnificent creatures — they are ‘Ecosystem Engineers’ whose recovery is essential to
ocean health and carbon sequestration.
76–93% of travelers want to make an effort to travel sustainably. This expedition makes that
effortless and extraordinary.
